    Newberry Storm Damage

There has been extensive storm damage in southern Greene County and Northern Daviess County. We intend to have repairs to this site complete early morning (8-29) and will evaluate other sites to determine if any repairs need to be made elsewhere.

  • Repairs have been completed. Service to all coverage areas appears to have returned, but we will be checking for additional damage in other areas. If your service is still not working, please contact us, as you may have received some storm damage to your individual equipment which will need to be repaired.

    Eastern Fiber Service Fiber Outage

Our fiber provider for our Eastern network is having an outage. We have routed that portion of our network through our other fiber providers to avoid any downtime. Customers in the Bloomfield area may notice degraded performance until the issue is resolved. There is no ETA on a fix, but will likely be repaired by the end of the day.

  • Our fiber provider has completed repairs and restored connectivity. Service has been stable most of the day, so we are rerouting our Eastern network back through this fiber circuit. Service should now be operating normally as we are no longer running this portion of the network on fail-over circuits.
